Vantage Design & Construction wants to be your first and ONLY call for anything construction related that you or your clients need before, during, or after the real estate sale process. Whether it’s a quick refresh to boost a listing, knock out inspection items to get that house closed, or helping a client settle into their new home, we make the process easy, professional and reliable so you can stay focused on selling.

We can handle all of the following:

• Pre-listing updates to help homes show better and sell faster.  Examples include painting, flooring, punch-list improvements, small updates, remodels and/or any exterior work.

• Complete remodels before or after the sale. Partial or complete bathrooms and kitchens, basement finishes and more throughout the home.

• Inspection lists that come up before closing.  We work closely with licensed electricians, plumbers and HVAC contractors, so we can handle the entire inspection list with one call. 

• Post-sale projects.  If you client loves the new house but would like to customize it and make it their own, we want to be the remodel experts they call.  We would love to be your referral for whole house remodels, basement finishes, kitchen renovations, bathroom remodels, outdoor living spaces, and more.    

We work closely with you on all construction related items during the selling process and we will work directly with the new owner for all post-sale remodel projects freeing you up to go onto the next sale.
