OUR PROCESS

• Initial Design Meeting

  We meet with you at one of our model homes and listen to your needs and goals for your custom home and work together to create a basic design with general room sizes and locations, special features, design details and your ‘must have’ list. Creating your perfect plan may often take several meetings to review plans and ensure it’s the way you want it.

• Pre-Construction Meeting

  Once we have completed your custom home plan and you have selected your lot, we will have a final review. This meeting will include reviewing the entire floor plan and your selections, electrical plans, how the house will sit on the lot, processes and procedures, what to expect when building, general building schedule and more.

• Pre-Dry Wall Meeting

  Before drywall is placed, we meet with you at your custom home to show you the overall progress and discuss outlet placements, TV and phone locations and the next steps. This important step ensures everything is in the proper location for your needs.

• Walk-Through

  At your walk-through meeting we will tour your home and welcome your questions. We will also review important items of your home to ensure you know what they are and how to use them.

• Open Door Policy

  This is your home and you are always welcome to stop out and see how the progress on your home is coming along. For security purposes to protect your home, we do lock the home during later stages of the building process but simply give us a call and we’ll be happy to open it up to you.
